Jason Harp, CEO

Jason joins the Pac-Air team with an extensive background in business strategy and hands-on operational experience in distribution-focused organizations. Formerly Head of Strategy at Smith-Cooper International and a Strategy Lead at The Wonderful Company, Jason is excited to partner with Pac-Air’s deeply experienced management team. Jason received his MBA from Yale before working as a consultant with Bain and Company. He became a first-time father in late 2019.

David Lavallette, VP and Chief Inspector

David has worked for Pac-Air / Air-Cert for 38 years, and has been the VP for the Air-Cert FAA Repair Station, and Quality Manager for Pac-Air / Air-Cert since 1983. Prior to Air-Cert, David worked for Continental Airlines and loves the intricacies of aircraft. On the weekends David enjoys large-mouth bass fishing, kayaking, boating, and strolling along the lake or beach.

Connor Perdisatt, VP of Sales

Connor joins the Pacific Air team with significant leadership experience in the industry. In addition to 14 years working in aircraft parts, he brings a relentless focus on customer service. When Connor is not thinking about his customers, he is probably thinking about the Yankees.

Susan Spence, Director of Finance and Administration

Susan joined Pacific Air in June 2016. She came from the non-profit Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County where she was the Director of Finance and Administration. Susan moved to California in 2010 from New England and is a diehard Patriots fan. She has two adult children living in Boston and San Francisco.

Leonard Kim, Director of Technology

Leonard joins the Pac-Air team with over 20 years of IT experience, especially with IT Infrastructure, EDI, TMS, Data Integration, and ERP implementations within distribution organizations.  Leonard and Jason previously worked together at ASC Engineered Solutions and they are excited to partner up again.  Leonard has three adult children and enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his children when he can.

Ryan Wunderlin, Warehouse Manager

Ryan Joined the Pac-Air team in March of 2023.  He has extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management from a manufacturing background all the way to order fulfillment. Previously, he served 6 years in the United States Army where he worked on Avionics systems in Army Helicopters.  Outside of work, Ryan likes to spend time with his daughter, photography and watching all sports.

Omar Treviño, Strategic Projects

Omar joined Pacific Air in May 2022. He is passionate about using technology to create new ways to solve business problems. With an extensive experience in the aviation industry, he is committed to driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and implementing effective business improvement strategies. Outside work, he enjoys playing baseball and spending quality time with his family.
